Traditional heats the air and the Olivine diabase stones, so the whole room reaches 80–90°C and you can pour water on the rocks for steam. You get real hot-cold contrast, deeper sweat, and a Finnish sauna culture experience. There's no panel proximity to worry about. We're not against infrared; it's just a different category. If you want the heat, the steam, and the contrast with a cold plunge, traditional is the right choice.

Most Australian home insurers treat Psycle products as fixed outdoor structures or electrical appliances, depending on whether they're permanently installed. We recommend notifying your insurer once installation is complete and providing the spec sheet and electrical certificate from your electrician. Your Psycle warranty sits on top of insurance, not behind it: cabin defects, heater faults, electrical component failures, and chiller faults within the warranty period are handled directly by us.

The Origin Cold Plunge is plug-and-play: a standard 240V 10A power outlet, fill, and you're ready. The Genesis and Genesis Mini saunas are designed for self-assembly with two people, plus a licensed Australian electrician to connect the heater to a dedicated 50A (Genesis) or 32A (Genesis Mini) power circuit. Yes. The reservation deposit on a Psycle product is fully refundable up to the cut-off of your production batch (typically the close of the batch month before manufacturing starts). Once your batch goes into production, the deposit becomes non-refundable because we've already sourced your timber, heater, ventilation components, or chiller. The remaining 50% balance is paid before shipping.
