Less inflammation, faster muscle repair, and a body that bounces back harder after every session.
Glowing Skin
Flush out impurities, open up pores, and support skin health with clean air and deep sweat.
Deep Restorative Sleep
Fall asleep faster, stay asleep longer, maximise REM sleep and wake up clear, not groggy.
Mental Reboot
Leave the session with a calm nervous system and a focused, high-performing mind.
Strong Circulation
Stimulate blood flow, improve cardiovascular function, and enhance nutrient delivery throughout the body.
Unplug & Reconnect
Reconnect with your people - no phones, no notification; just presence, heat and real moments.
The Lamborghini of Home Saunas
FAQ
If your only concern is the cheapest price possible you're in the wrong place.
But if you value premium materials, truly non-toxic construction, and a real sauna designed for high-level wellness and recovery - then yes; this sauna is for you.
Every Psycle Sauna is built from full lengths of premium cedar, free from MDF or glue, and features our active mechanical ventilation system for fresh air every session. It’s designed for people who care about quality, longevity, and what they’re actually putting their body into.
The space required depends on whether you choose the Genesis or the Genesis Mini:
Genesis Sauna: 2900mm (W) x 2400mm (D) x 2400mm (H)
Genesis Mini Sauna: 2100mm (W) x 2400mm (D) x 2400mm (H)
This ensures space for installation and ventilation around the sauna. For actual product dimensions check the product dimensions images above.
Both models require a stable, hard, level surface capable of withstanding the weight of the sauna and occupants. Recommended surfaces include concrete slabs, solid timber decks, level pavers, or tiles. Uneven or soft surfaces are not suitable.
The Psycle Sauna is a traditional Finnish sauna, not an infrared unit. It uses a powerful electric heater with sauna stones to create real heat that warms the air around you — just like saunas have been used for centuries. You can pour water over the stones for steam and humidity, creating a true löyly experience.
Infrared saunas heat your body directly with light panels, but they don’t create the same immersive environment or authentic steam ritual. A traditional sauna delivers higher heat, deeper sweat, and the classic hot–cold contrast therapy when paired with an ice bath or cold plunge.
After your pre-order deposit is received, we’ll call you to confirm all details of your sauna and secure your spot in the next production batch. Each batch is limited to just 10 units and built to order, ensuring strict quality control. Once the batch is filled, we’ll request your 50% production deposit to commence building your sauna to order. Every payment is applied directly to your final purchase price. When your sauna is complete, we will request your final payment before arranging delivery and an installation date with you.
Running a Psycle Sauna is more affordable than most people expect. Based on average NSW electricity rates ($0.30/kWh) and using your sauna 3–4 times per week for around 90 minutes (including heat-up time):
Genesis Sauna (9kW heater): around $4 per session, or roughly $12–$16 per week. That works out to about $1.70–$2.30 per day averaged across the week.
Genesis Mini (6kW heater): around $2.70 per session, or roughly $8–$11 per week. That’s about $1.20–$1.50 per day averaged across the week.
Keep in mind, heaters don’t run at full power the whole time — once your sauna reaches temperature, they cycle on and off — so actual costs may be even lower depending on the ambient temperature and setup location.
Most saunas use standard LED lighting that emits blue-spectrum light— the same kind found in phones and screens. Blue light tells your body it’s daytime, which can interfere with your melatonin production, sleep quality, and relaxation.
Psycle saunas are different. Our lighting system is completely free from blue light and features a manual switch that lets you choose between:
- Warm amber light – Calming and gentle, ideal for daytime sessions.
- Evening red light – Promotes relaxation and helps your body wind down naturally before sleep.
This spectrum supports your circadian rhythm, allowing your body to stay in sync with its natural cycles — so every session feels restorative, not stimulating.
Yes. Every Psycle Sauna comes with free Australia-wide delivery. If you order the Contrast Kit, our team also provides full installation of both the sauna and cold plunge.
Once your sauna is completed and ready for shipping, we’ll confirm an installation date with you. From that point, delivery takes 7–10 business days for metro areas and 10–14 business days for regional areas. We’ll keep you updated throughout the process and provide tracking details once your sauna is on the way.
Each sauna is professionally crated and packaged for safe transport. The cabin and components are delivered in sections, making it easier for our installers to move them into place and assemble them on site.
Yes. When your sauna is ready, we’ll work with you to arrange a delivery and installation time that best suits your schedule.
Yes, we may be able to modify your delivery address after you’ve placed your order, provided the production process is not already complete and we haven’t pre-arranged the sauna installer and electrician for your installation. Simply reach out to our team, and we’ll do our best to accommodate delivery address changes.
We offer a full installation guide that will walk you through assembling your sauna if you have basic DIY skills.
If you would like installation included, we can help you organise.
Before scheduling delivery and installation, your site must be prepared with a stable, hard, level surface capable of supporting the full weight of the sauna and its occupants. Suitable surfaces include concrete slabs, solid timber decks, level pavers, or tiles. Uneven or soft surfaces are not suitable.
It’s also a good idea to check with your local council for any regulations or obligations relating to installing a sauna on your property.
Assembly: expect one full day with 2 people to assemble the sauna.
Electrical: expect 1-2 days for your electrician to connect your sauna, depending on your homes electrical situation
No — we’ll arrange this for you. We may ask you to provide images of your electrical box and installation area to assist with planning. In some cases, the electrician may also carry out a pre-site inspection to confirm that the correct power supply is available where your sauna will be installed.
We offer an outdoor roof kit, making your sauna fully suitable for Australian conditions. For best longevity, we recommend installation in a semi-sheltered area to reduce constant exposure to harsh sun or heavy rain.
