Psycle Sauna & Cold Plunge Pre-Order Terms and Conditions


1. Overview

By placing a pre-order for a Psycle Sauna or Cold Plunge, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure transparency and to clearly outline the expectations and obligations of both parties throughout the pre-order and delivery process.


2. Pre-Order Deposit & Payment Structure

  • Initial Deposit ($1000):

    • A refundable $1000 deposit is required to secure your spot in our next limited batch production.

    • This deposit secures your position in the upcoming batch and guarantees your unit allocation.

    • If you choose to cancel your pre-order before the 40% order deposit is due, the $1000 deposit will be fully refunded.

    • This initial deposit confirms your pre-order and places your unit in the production queue.

  • 40% Order Deposit (Due Before Production Commences):

    • The 40% order deposit is required before production commences to secure your sauna or cold plunge in the limited batch.

    • Production will not begin until the 40% deposit is received.

    • If this payment is not made, your spot in the batch may be forfeited, and the initial deposit will be refunded.

  • Final Balance (Due Before Dispatch):

    • The remaining balance is due before the unit is dispatched from our warehouse.

    • You will receive a final payment reminder approximately 1 week before the dispatch date.


3. Production & Delivery Timeline

  • Production Timeframe:

    • Production begins once the 40% order deposit is received and takes approximately 8 weeks.

    • Psycle products are handcrafted using premium materials; therefore, minor variations in production timelines may occur.

  • Delivery Timeframe:

    • After production is complete and the final payment is received, delivery to your location will take an estimated 3-4 weeks.

    • Once the unit arrives at the local 3PL warehouse, you will receive a booking link to schedule your installation date.

4. Installation Process

  • Professional Installation Included:

    • Psycle includes full sauna assembly, internal wiring, and testing as part of our professional installation service.

    • Connection to the existing power source is included if the outlet is within 2 meters of the installation location.

  • Customer Responsibility:

    • It is the customer's responsibility to ensure a dedicated 50A power outlet is available within 2 meters of the installation site for the sauna.

    • If no power outlet is available, the customer must arrange for a licensed electrician to install one before the installation date.

    • Psycle can assist in recommending a licensed electrician for a pre-installation power check.

  • What's Not Included:

    • Electrical Upgrades: Upgrading or converting the customer’s power from single-phase to 3-phase power.

    • Power Modifications: Extending or relocating electrical outlets, or installing a new power supply to meet the requirements of the sauna and/or cold plunge power.

    • Structural Modifications: Cutting through walls, ceilings, floors, or earth to access power or accommodate the sauna and/or cold plunge.
      Surface Preparation: Levelling or stabilising the surface where the sauna will be installed.

    • Electrical Circuit Requirements: Running the 50A dedicated circuit from the existing electrical box to the sauna installation location is not included. The free installation assumes this circuit is already accessible at the sauna’s installation location.

    • Permits and Approvals: Arranging for or acquiring permits required for electrical or structural modifications.

    • Cold Plunge Only: Free installation does not cover purchase of the Psycle Cold Plunge alone - free installation only applies to the Psycle Sauna or Psycle Contrast Package


5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Initial Deposit ($1000):

    • The initial deposit is refundable if you choose to cancel your pre-order before the 40% order deposit is due.

    • After the 40% order deposit is made, the initial deposit becomes non-refundable as production preparations commence.

  • 40% Order Deposit:

    • If you choose to cancel your order after the 40% deposit is paid but before production begins, a 50% refund of this deposit will be issued.

    • If production has already commenced, the 40% deposit is non-refundable.

  • Final 60% Payment:

    • Once the final payment is made and the product has been dispatched, cancellations and refunds are not accepted for change of mind or buyer's remorse.

6. Customer Agreement

By placing a pre-order, you agree to the terms and conditions stated above. These terms are legally binding and designed to ensure a transparent and smooth purchasing experience.
