This is a sauna for those who refuse to compromise on quality. A sauna expert will contact you to review your space requirements and plan for optimal installation. If its a good fit we will ask for a deposit to begin building your sauna, with the remainder due before shipping. We'll keep you updated at every stage.
Approximately 90 days from the date of order confirmation. During this time your sauna is built, undergoes comprehensive testing, and is securely shipped to your door. Your sauna expert will coordinate the perfect delivery and installation date as your build approaches completion.

The Genesis measures 2304mm (H) x 1947mm (W) x 2200mm (D), designed to comfortably fit up to 5 people, and can be installed indoors or outdoors. We recommend allowing additional clearance for ventilation and access. Your sauna expert will review your space during consultation to ensure perfect placement.
Yes, every Genesis comes with white-glove installation. Our professional team handles delivery, assembly, and testing. We'll also show you how to use all features and answer any questions. All you need to do is provide the space and power connection - we do the rest.
Your Genesis sauna requires a hard, level surface (concrete slab, timber deck, or pads), 2.4 meters minimum ceiling height, and a dedicated 50-amp power circuit within 2 meters. The Origin plunge needs just a standard power socket and level ground. Note: You'll need to arrange for a qualified electrician to verify and install the 50-amp circuit before delivery. We can recommend trusted local electricians if needed
The Genesis comes with a 5-year warranty on the sauna cabin and a 3-year warranty on the heater and electrical components.
Toxic Saunas?
Yes, unfortunately. Even though heat exposure is linked to detoxification; manufacturing shortcuts mean they’re built with glue, chemicals and compromised ventilation. Saunas are for detox not retox. So we built a 100% toxin free sauna.
